Reservations, payments and cancellations

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. If you need an urgent transfer, please contact us directly to confirm availability.

Can I book at short notice?

Yes, as long as we have availability. We recommend contacting us directly if you need the service urgently.

Can I book round-trip journeys?

Yes, you can book both routes in advance using the same form or during confirmation.

How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?

After submitting your request, you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp or email. Until then, the reservation is not considered valid.

What are the payment methods? When do I pay for the service?

You can pay at the end of your trip in cash, card, Bizum, or bank transfer. You choose the most convenient method.

What is the minimum period for free cancellation?

You can cancel without penalty up to 24 hours before the service. If you cancel less than this, a 50% fee will apply.

Is there any extra cost for early cancellation?

No, as long as you give at least 24 hours’ notice. If you cancel with less notice, 50% of the total amount will be charged.

Vehicles, luggage and special services

What types of vehicles are available?

We offer sedans like the Tesla and the Mercedes Vito/V-Class minivan. We also offer high-end options upon request.

How many seats do the vehicles have?

Our Sedan cars offer up to 3 comfortable seats (4 if you’re short) and our Minivans up to 7 passenger seats.

How many bags are included in the service?

We include one suitcase per person free of charge. If you’re bringing extra luggage, please let us know.

Are pets allowed? Do we need to notify in advance?

Yes, you can travel with your pet without prior notice. There is no additional cost.

Do you have baby seats or booster seats?

Yes. The first child seat is free. A €5 surcharge applies for the second seat or higher. In some cases, a minivan may be required.

Do you have vehicles adapted for people with reduced mobility?

We currently do not have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We track your flight in real time and adjust pickup times in case of delays, at no additional cost.

How will I identify you at the station or airport?

Your driver will be waiting for you at the agreed-upon point with a sign with your name on it.

Is the service available 24/7?

Yes, as long as it’s pre-booked in advance. We can adapt to your schedule, even during the early morning or on holidays.

Customized transfers and excursions

Do you travel outside of Andalusia?

Yes. Although we are based in Malaga, we offer transfers to anywhere in Spain upon prior reservation.

Do you offer day trips?

Yes. We offer customized tours to tourist destinations such as Ronda, Granada, Seville, and Córdoba. Check out our private excursions.

Do you offer transportation service for companies?

Yes, we work with companies that need one-time, regular, or corporate event transfers.

Do you offer transfers for weddings or events?

Yes. We provide transfers for weddings, celebrations, concerts, and special events. You can book in advance.
